3 avocados

Place a large frying pan over very high heat and add in prosciutto into the pan then cook each side for about 2 minutes, then drain the cooked prosciutto on a paper towel and carefully break into pieces.
Next, peel the back of the avocado and cut into quarters and put them into a clean bowl, then add in oil, lime rind, and lime juice. Add in salt and pepper to season to taste and toss.
